The agreement,
in plain sections.

1. The app

Pack Pricing by TrolleyRelay ("the app") is a Shopify app provided by TrolleyRelay (ABN 22 524 307 821) ("we", "us"), an Australian business. It lets a Shopify merchant ("you") set pack tiers for products and applies them at checkout as a Shopify discount. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your pack prices

You decide the pack sizes and prices the app applies, and you remain responsible for the prices your store charges. Check your pack tiers before relying on them. The discount is applied by Shopify according to the discount's own settings in your Shopify admin, and the price table on your product page depends on your theme; we do not control either platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to: (a) circumvent Shopify platform limits or terms; (b) process data you do not have the right to process; or (c) interfere with the operation of the app for other merchants.

4. Availability

We provide the app on a best-effort, as-available basis and do not commit to a contractual service level. To the extent permitted by law and subject to section 8, implied warranties are excluded. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Data

See our privacy policy for what the app accesses and keeps. You remain the controller of your store's data; the app acts on your behalf, within the permissions you grant it in Shopify.

6. Intellectual property and licence

We retain all intellectual property in the app. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own business while it is installed on your store. You retain all rights in your own data, including your pack tiers.

7. Ending use of the app

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend access for breach of section 3, and may discontinue the app with reasonable notice. What happens to information when the app is uninstalled is described in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of sales or profit.

We are not liable for failures, outages, or changes of the Shopify platform, or of other third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is reduced to the extent your own acts or omissions (for example, incorrect pack tiers) contributed to the loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
